Founded in 1992, Custom Profile is a leader in thermoplastic profile extrusion and sub-assemblies. Our mission has always been to provide exceptional customer service and on-time delivery. We’ve upheld that commitment for over 30 years, making us one of the premier plastic profile extruders in the U.S.
We specialize in a variety of profile extrusion services, including co-extrusion, dual durometer co-extrusion, tri-extrusion, and crosshead extrusion. We also specialize in tubing extrusion, ensuring you get the right fit for your operation. With a wide range of capabilities and our advanced machinery, we can take on even the most complex projects.
Our three robust locations streamline your operations, saving you time and money. We maintain three facilities — one in Grand Rapids, Michigan, one in Camden, South Carolina, and one in Juarez, Mexico. With such a variety in locations, we can quickly manufacture and ship products across North America.
Each of our locations has in-house tooling capabilities, making us a one-stop-shop for all your extrusion needs. Altogether, we have 232,000 square-feet of production space, 34 extrusion lines, and 15 co-extruders. Our Juarez location also has an ISO certified class 8 clean room, ensuring we can take on even the most delicate projects.
