Our Extrusion Services


Our co-extrusion capabilities allow us to produce profiles with two layers or features. These features can be made of two different materials, or the same material with different colors or gloss levels.

Dual Durometer Co-Extrusion

We can extrude single parts from multiple hardness polymers in one extrusion process. Our processes can include multi-functional hard and soft material combinations.


Our tri-extrusion technology allows for combining three compatible polymers through a common profile co-extrusion die. With these services, you can achieve different finishes, colors, and combinations of rigid and soft materials in the same part.

We have the capability to encapsulate a substrate such as a continuous metallic wire or strip into a plastic profile.
